If you have existing POI HSSF software loaded into the IFS directoy /QIBM/USERDATA/JAVA400/EXT this will take precedence over all other POI HSSF software. User software should not be loaded into this directory as it should really be used the JAVA System extension software.
To stop any software conflict user software should be loaded into a directory other than the QIBM/USERDATA/JAVA400/EXT IFS path.
